Editing Files

OnlyOffice is the text editor that is used to edit documents stored in ICDC Disk.

Most of the text formats can by default be edited online.

Open formats such as .odt and .ods are also supported, though they are converted into .doc while working on them. Users can contact the support service if they need to enable editing for a specific format.

Some types of listings (yaml, xml, and python scripts) can be viewed as text files. It is also possible to view and edit .md markup files.

Co-Editing

The functionality of OnlyOffice allows you to edit text documents with other users according to provided shared access.

If one user edits a document, the others will only be able to open the document in read-only mode: their changes will not be saved.

By default, you can only view submitted changes marked in green, but besides that, you can enable change tracking using the interface of the editor.
