The ICDC Support is designed for submitting requests to the ICDC technical support department.

Interface Overview

The interface of the ICDC Support service can be conventionally divided into two parts:

Sidebar Navigation Panel:

  • Home button -navigate to the main page of the service.
  • Helpdesk tab allows creating requests to the support service and tracking the statuses of already created requests.
  • Contacts tab contains information with contacts for possible support inquiries, besides creating requests.

Control Panel:

  • Help - navigate to the service documentation.
  • Location - select the location for which information is displayed.
  • Information about the current user.

In the dropdown menu, the user can see their username, change account, language settings, and log out of the system.
